How to apply for a CTU bus pass
CTU bus passes are currently issued only at Sampark Centres and ISBT counters. Follow these quick steps, gather the documents, and plan a single visit to finish the process smoothly.
Complete the paperwork
Fill in your details, choose the pass type that suits you, and attach a photocopy of your Aadhaar card. Double-check that the address on the form matches your ID.
Submit and pay the fee
Hand over the form at the counter along with the applicable fee (around ₹1012 for most passes). Keep the stamped receipt—it is needed when you collect the pass.
Collect your pass
Processing generally takes about a week. Return to the centre with your receipt to pick up the pass once it is ready.
